What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page views, such as whether you are signed in or which pages you have already seen. We also use similar technologies, like local storage, for the same purposes.

This policy covers the cookies used on ledvideotrailers.com, the LED video trailer configurator run by Lumenous Edge, Inc.

Cookies we use

We keep this list short: we do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies on this site.

Category	Cookie	Purpose	Duration
Strictly necessary	Session	Keeps you signed in and lets a saved quote open again from its private link. The site cannot work without it.	Session
Analytics	_ga	Google Analytics 4. Tells us apart one visitor from another so we can count visits and see which pages people use.	2 years
Analytics	_ga_*	Google Analytics 4. Keeps the state of your visit between page views.	2 years
Analytics	_gid	Google Analytics. Distinguishes visitors from one another and limits the rate of requests.	24 hours

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: how many people visit, which trailer models and pages are most viewed, and where visitors leave the configurator. This helps us improve the tool. The reports we see are aggregated and are not used to identify you personally.

Google may process this data on servers outside your state or country. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy for how Google handles it, and Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of Google Analytics across all sites.

What we do not do with cookies

Cookies on this site are not used to sell your data, to build advertising profiles, or to follow you to other websites. The details you enter in the configurator are only used to prepare and send your quote.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, like opening a saved quote, from working. Deleting analytics cookies does not affect your quote.

Guidance for the most common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
